Margot has been an executive search associate for The Cypress Group since 2005 and brings more than 25 years of expertise and technological know-how to research and recruiting.

Prior to that, Margot had extensive experience in restaurant management. Raised abroad and fluent in English, French and Italian, she brings an international perspective to our team’s expertise.

We screen these potential candidates to determine their level of interest, and run their qualifications through our position profile. Those that meet all criteria then meet face to face with a Cypress Group partner for the initial screening interview.
